# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • It comes together quickly, so you&apost have to spend ages in the kitchen before enjoying something beautiful.
  • You can mix and match veggies, making every batch unique and great for cleaning out the fridge.
02 -
  • If you overcrowd the skillet, veggies will steam instead of sauté—work in batches if needed.
  • Blanching the asparagus separately keeps them greener and more snappy, which makes the dish pop.
03 -
  • If you can find really fragrant basil, add a little extra right at the end for big aroma.
  • Letting the cooked pasta sit in the veggie skillet for a minute absorbs the flavors better than rushing to serve.
