# Directions:
01 - Combine diced mango, diced peaches, lime juice, and honey or agave syrup in a blender. Process until fully smooth.
02 - Pass the fruit puree through a fine mesh sieve into a large pitcher to eliminate pulp for a smoother consistency.
03 - Pour the cooled black tea into the pitcher and stir thoroughly to integrate.
04 - Gently mix in the chilled sparkling water, avoiding excessive agitation to preserve effervescence.
